we ship to all 50 U.S. states via usps.
please note that we are not responsible for lost or stollen packages, and any issues with delivery should be reported to usps.
please allow 5-7 business days for order processing from the time you place your order. you will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. if you have not received confirmation of shipment within 7 business days, please reach out to email@example.com.
returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged during shipping, and must be placed within 14 days of receiving your order. you may be asked to provide proof of damage or defect. sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return. please submit return inquires to firstname.lastname@example.org.
